"Really bad service! Don't sleep on the top floor. The restaurant is directly above the rooms, and it was extremely noisy. There was a lot of loud noise from chairs being moved and dishes being thrown, and the staff were communicating loudly. When I called the reception to complain, they didn't respect my complaint and even made it worse by calling the room and arguing with us. I will never go back to this hotel!"

Best hotel to stay, staff are very helpful n co-operative, nice location and safe for stay with family. Food was excellent. They are maintain the hotel, very nice hotel.

The owner gave the price to is at Rs.1600/-. When we arrived after 4 hours of driving, He changed it to 1800/-. They charge 5% on credit Card. Hotel is at the dark end of a road. No parking. Rustic, crude and mannerless receptionist. We finally took a better bigger cleaner hotel, opposite to this one. Rook was OK. Location was very deep inside a lane.

Pathetic hotel, pathetic service. Rude behaviour of front office staff. Showing image of double bed room and once booked the room they have given us twin bed room. Not worth the money, they are just making fool. Do not fall in their trap, they are just making money, customer satisfaction and customer service is zero. Rude very rude behaviour. They do not know how to deal with a customer, this is the worst hotel in Agra. Never ever I have seen such greedy and rude people. Owner is also not taking any responsibility, they are talking like they are mafias. Uneducated people. The guy sitting on front desk is not eligible to sit on that chair and has no manners at all. He is so rude and arrogant. Mr. Bansal owner of this hotel is so uneducated person, they have taken our money and didn’t even refund our money.

Very good hotel, cleanliness, location, staff behaviour everything was great. The hotel has enough space to park outside. Very near to Tajmahal as well. You can go for it.
